Online Resources
One of my personal favorite artist-mentors continues to be The Mind of Watercolor by artist/designer Steve Mitchell. Since 2014, Steve has used the web and YouTube videos to spread his particular, offbeat approach to producing great art and helping some of us would-be dabblers. You can view his introductory YouTube “issue” at this link, visit his website, follow him on Facebook, or connect by any of the other methods he publishes on each of those sites. I know that at least one other CVWG member also follows Steve’s work as well.
Strathmore Artists’ Papers is out with their summer newsletter and they have a free online “Creative Watercoloring” class starting on September 8. You can view their news at this link.
As always, you are invited to contribute images of your art to our Gallery, become our next Featured Member Artist, contribute and article, share a link you find of interest, etc. It is simple…just send our Webmaster an email.
Hi Mark, I can’t find the image of my painting Puzzle! Is it my iPad? Thanks, Sue😁
